Welcome! I am excited that you are discovering Bucks County Childcare Consultants. I am Janet Oesterling, M.S. I have been teaching Early Childhood teachers. r over 25 years in a variety of formats.
I started out with all my classes in person, but quickly recognized that as childcare providers, you needed a variety of formats to work with your unique situations. In addition to in person classes, I teach via zoom and online.
My background includes many years in childcare as a teacher, director, and Early Childhood Mental Health provider. Additionally, I teach adults about Emotional Trauma and its impact on early brain development. These experience, along with my work as a Play Therapist, have helped me to understand the unique needs of Early Childhood professionals and to create courses that meet your varied needs.
I offer courses in all domains including Social-Emotional, Physical Development, Observation and Assessment tools, and provide the coursework for the Childcare Development Associate (CDA).
Also, I welcome the opportunity to develop courses based up your needs.
